Dr. Alan Yisen Cheung
Dr. Alan Cheung has proudly called Tucson home for over a decade, establishing deep roots within the community. Dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care, he provides each patient with his full attention, ensuring that every concern is thoroughly addressed. Guided by principles of competence, compassion, empathy, efficiency, and integrity, Dr. Cheung values building genuine, collaborative relationships with his patients.

Outside of his professional life, he enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, practicing martial arts, playing piano, volunteering, and spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs.

Dr. Lisa Ahuactzin
Dr. Lisa Ahuactzin is a dedicated optometrist committed to providing exceptional eye care and improving her patients’ vision and quality of life. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry. With a strong foundation in both science and patient care, Dr. Ahuactzin takes pride in offering personalized, comprehensive eye exams and vision solutions tailored to each of her patient’s needs.

Dr. Tammy Nguyen
Dr. Tammy Nguyen has lived and provided primary eye care in Tucson for 20 years. She enjoys meeting patients and helping them with their eye care needs. She completed her bachelor of science in Psychobiology at the University of California, Riverside. She received her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois.
During her free time, she loves to travel and enjoy all kinds of foods and wine. She has three dogs that keep her busy.
Dr. Stephanie Cooper
Dr. Stephanie Cooper received her Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and her Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry. She then went on to complete a residency in ocular disease and low vision rehabilitation at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in Tucson, AZ. Dr. Cooper is dedicated to providing quality eye care and answering any questions you may have. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, cooking and baking, and practicing yoga.
Dr. Judy Velasco
Dr. Judy S. Velasco has been providing eye care to the Tucson community for over 10 years. She is passionate about optometry and is dedicated to serving patients of all ages. Dr. Velasco received her Bachelor’s Degree in neurobiology from the University of California, Irvine. She completed her Doctor of Optometry at Southern California College of Optometry at Ketchum University in Fullerton, California. She fulfilled a pediatric residency term at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
She has experience in eye development, binocular vision, vision therapy, management of myopia, amblyopia, and strabismus. Her focus in vision care goes beyond just helping her patients see clearly in each eye as she also evaluates how the eyes team together, known as binocular vision. Dr. Velasco is also experienced in primary care optometry and fitting contact lenses. She is committed to addressing all vision and eye-related concerns for you, your family and your friends.
